Obama's Vision for Africa
In a speech in Accra, Ghana, July 11, U.S. President Barack Obama laid
out his vision for African democracy and development, and talked about
how the United States would encourage such development. But "we must
start from the simply premise that Africa's future is up to Africans,"
he said.
