U.S.-China tensions: China is reportedly negotiating with Cuba to establish a military training facility on the island, according to U.S. intelligence sources. Talks are ongoing, and the Biden administration has contacted Cuban officials to try and prevent the deal, the Wall Street Journal reports. The news follows recent revelations that China has allegedly been operating a spy base on the island since 2019.
