Chen Kane is director of the Middle East Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) in Washington, D.C. She serves as an adviser to the National Nuclear Security Administration and co-edited “Regional Security Dialogue in the Middle East: Changes, Challenges and Opportunities” (Routledge, 2014).
