Damien Ma is a fellow and associate director of the Think Tank at the Paulson Institute. He also serves as adjunct lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management. He is the co-author of “In Line Behind A Billion People,” and the editor of “The Economics of Air Pollution in China.”
