David Gantz is a senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation and a professor of law and the co-director of the International Trade Law Program at the University of Arizona. He has held several public service roles in the United States, including as a law clerk to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and NAFTA arbitrator to Chapters 11, 19 and 20. Additionally, he has worked as a consultant to the World Bank, USAID, UNDP and U.S. Judge to the Administrative Tribunal of the Organization of American States.
