David Talbot served in the Obama administration as a policy adviser on international economics to U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker. He has worked on three presidential campaigns and consulted for geopolitical advisory firms, global public affairs consultancies and nonprofit organizations. He holds a master’s degree from Oxford University and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, and will begin a doctorate at the University of Cambridge this fall.
