Guy Ben-Ari
Guy Ben-Ari is a Fellow with
the Defense Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for
Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) where he works on issues
related to the global technology and industrial bases supporting
defense. His current research projects focus on defense acquisition
policies, intra-European and transatlantic interoperability in
network-based operations, information sharing in international
interventions and governance structures for complex defense programs
and systems. He is the editor (with Pierre Chao) of Organizing for
a Complex World: Developing Tomorrow’s Defense and Net-Centric
Systems (CSIS Press, 2009) and the author (with Gordon Adams) of
Transforming European Militaries: Coalition Operations and the
Technology Gap (Routledge, 2006).
