Joshua Krasna is a retired Israeli senior civil servant and diplomat. He is the director of the Center for Emerging Energy Politics at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and a senior researcher at the Moshe Dayan Center. He teaches graduate students at NYU’s Center for Global Affairs.
