Joy Nasr is a research associate at James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and co-author of the Middle East Nuclear Energy Monitor, published by the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs at the American University of Beirut.
