Laura Mahrenbach is an adjunct professor at the School of Social Sciences and Technology at the Technical University of Munich. She has published and spoken extensively on rising powers, the political implications of technology and global governance, most recently at India’s Raisina Dialogue and as the author of “Governing Artificial Intelligence” (Global Policy, 2023).
