Lily Folkerts is a second-year graduate student at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy & Strategy. She previously worked for a DC-based nonprofit focused on U.S. foreign policy towards Latin America and received her undergraduate degree in international relations and Latin American studies from UT Austin.
