Luisa Feline Freier is Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at the Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru. She holds a Ph.D. in Government from the London School of Economics. Her research focuses on immigration and refugee policies in Latin America and South-South migration to and within the region.
