Lunting Wu is a researcher at the Centre for East European and International Studies, or ZOiS, in Berlin; an associate at the Center for European Integration of Freie Universität Berlin; and a fellow of FGV Europe and the Instituto do Oriente at the University of Lisbon. He holds a doctoral degree in international relations from Freie Universität Berlin.
