Mayank Bubna is a freelance journalist and private consultant who
covers war, armed conflict, politics, international law, and human
interest stories. His assignments have taken him to Somalia, Sudan,
Liberia, Mozambique, Sri Lanka, Burma, Ghana, Iran, the US, Peru and
India among other places. He has also reported for Time.com, CNN
Traveler and produced video documentaries for Dan Rather and the New
York Times. Currently he is a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of
Defense Studies and Analysis in New Delhi, India.
