Mihaela Papa is a senior fellow at the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a co-founder of the Rising Power Alliances project investigating BRICS’ mobilization. Her recent publications include the development of the BRICS Convergence Index (European Journal of International Relations, 2023) and “Can BRICS De-dollarize the Global Financial System?” (CUP Elements, 2022).
