Mitchell A. Orenstein is professor and chair of the Department of Political Science at Northeastern University and an affiliate of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies and the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University. He joins the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania in the fall.
