Mohamed Eljarh

Mohamed Eljarh is a non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East. He also writes about Libya’s transition for Foreign Policy’s Democracy Lab. He is currently residing in Eastern Libya.
