Naomi Roht-Arriaza

Naomi Roht-Arriaza is a distinguished professor of law and Thomas Miller Chair at the University of California, Hastings College of Law. She is the author of “The Pinochet Effect: Transnational Justice in the Age of Human Rights” and co-editor of “Beyond Truth vs. Justice: Transitional Justice in the Twenty-First Century,” as well as numerous articles on transitional justice in Latin America.
