PHAR Kim Beng is currently a visiting scholar at Waseda University in Tokyo where he is writing a book on East Asian community. He was previously a senior research associate with the City University of Hong Kong. He received his M.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and doctoral education from the University of Cambridge (M.Phil.) and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Ph.D. candidate).
