Rebecca Ray is a senior academic researcher at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. She holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a master’s degree in international development from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. Her work focuses on the nexus of international development finance, particularly China’s role in reshaping the global financial landscape and on sustainable development, primarily in Latin America.
