Richard Javad Heydarian is a foreign affairs and economic analyst, focusing on the Asia-Pacific and MENA regions. He is a lecturer in political science and international relations at Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU), and consultant to the Philippines house of representatives and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (Manila Office).
