Roland Benedikter

Roland Benedikter is co-head of the Center for Advanced Studies of Eurac Research Bozen/Bolzano, UNESCO chair in interdisciplinary anticipation and global-local transformation, and a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is also research professor of multidisciplinary political analysis in residence at the Willy Brandt Centre of Wroclaw University and teaches at Sapienza University Rome and the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen. He advises governments, global enterprises and civil society institutions and has worked with think tanks such as the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He has authored and edited 25 books, among them “Re-Globalization: New Frontiers of Economic, Political, and Social Globalization” (Routledge Rethinking Globalizations book series).
