Sagatom Saha is an adjunct research scholar at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, which launched its Program on Trade and the Clean Energy Transition earlier this year. He served in the International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate.
