Shehzad H. Qazi is a nonresident fellow at the Center for Global Policy and the managing director of China Beige Book International. Shehzad is a public opinion researcher specializing in crisis and transitional countries, and has written extensively on U.S. foreign policy in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, the Taliban insurgent movements, and U.S. counterinsurgency. He holds an M.A. in International Relations from New York University.
