U.S.-China: U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping held their first talks in a year in California yesterday, a four-hour meeting that resulted in an agreement to resume military-to-military communication. Xi also agreed to help curb the production of fentanyl precursors in China, while both leaders pledged to address climate change and concerns over artificial intelligence. (AP)
