Nigeria: President Bola Tinubu called for a “full-fledged” investigation of a drone strike by Nigeria’s military that killed at least 85 people and injured at least 66 more Sunday. The incident, which Tinubu described as a “bombing mishap,” occurred at a religious festival in a village in the country’s north. (Washington Post)
