The wall of a major dam in a part of southern Ukraine that Moscow controls collapsed Tuesday, triggering floods, endangering Europe’s largest nuclear power plant and threatening drinking water supplies as both sides in the war rushed to evacuate residents and blamed each other for the emergency.
Iran to Reopen Embassy in Saudi Arabia, State Media Says, as Enmity Softens

The abrupt announcement, just one day before the embassy was set to reopen in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, came three months after the two Persian Gulf countries signed a China-mediated agreement announcing the restoration of ties and the planned reopening of embassies.
